SideDog Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the SideDog Terms of Service. It applies to everything you ask SideDog to read, answer, summarize, translate or generate, and to how you use its answers. SideDog's answers are generated by Agnes AI's large language models (agnes-2.5-flash and agnes-3.0-flash).
Prohibited content
You may not use SideDog to create, request or distribute content in any of these categories:
- Pornography and sexually explicit content (NSFW), including sexual content about real people.
- Violence and gore, including content that threatens, glorifies or incites violence, terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Content that sexualizes or endangers children (CSAM), in any form. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: content that pretends to come from, or falsely depicts, a real person or organization in order to deceive.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: reproducing or distributing others' protected works, characters, brands or trademarks without permission.
Other prohibited uses
- Illegal activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware or spam.
- Collecting or exposing other people's personal or confidential information without a right to do so.
- Getting around usage limits, sharing accounts, or accessing the service by automated means other than the extension.
- Presenting AI-generated content as written by a human where that would mislead people.
How content is handled
- SideDog does not store the content of your questions, pages or answers on its servers (see the Privacy Policy). The AI model provider applies its own safety measures to what it generates.
- We review every report of misuse we receive and may check the account involved, including its usage records.
Reporting misuse
To report content or an account that breaks this policy, email contact@7m7s.tech with a description, and screenshots or links where possible. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
Enforcement
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may warn you, limit your usage, suspend your account or close it permanently, without refund where the law allows. Content that sexualizes or endangers children leads to immediate closure and a report to the authorities. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice at the email above.
